  1. This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) regulates the conditions of operation of the Event Organizer's website https://www.financeconference.eu (hereinafter referred to as the Website).
  2. This Policy is meant for the individuals who visits website (https://www.financeconference.eu) and uses published information and services provided by the Data Controller.
  3. The data subject in this Policy is any natural person whose personal data is processed on the Website.
  4. By using the Services, while continuing to browse the Website, the Visitor (the Site User) confirms that he / she has read the Policy, understands it, and agrees to comply with it.
  5. The Data Controller shall ensure that, when adopting and implementing this Policy, he pursues the following fundamental principles relating to the processing of personal data.

    • The Controller is responsible for complying with the above principles and must be able to prove that they are being followed (principle of accountability).

This Policy has been drawn up in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (hereinafter - GDPR) and Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania (hereinafter - LPPD). Data safety in registration forms We use „Google LLC“ „reCAPTCHA“ service to protects our website from fraud and abuse. „reCAPTCHA“ service uses an advanced risk analysis engine and adaptive challenges to keep malicious software from engaging in abusive activities on our website. Meanwhile, legitimate users will be able to login, make purchases, view pages, or create accounts and fake users will be blocked. "Google Fonts"

This website uses fonts provided by „Google LLC“, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (JAV). Web fonts used for the uniform display of fonts in different browsers. When you visit a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into your browser cache to display texts and fonts correctly. To download fonts browser you are using has to connect to the servers of Google. This informs Google that our website was accessed via your IP address. The use of Google web fonts is in the interest of a uniform and appealing presentation of our web page. FINAL PROVISIONS
  1. Legal relations regarding this Policy shall be governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania
  2. The Data Controller is not liable for any damage, including damage caused by interference with the use of the Website, loss or damage to the data caused by the person or third parties acting on the person's knowledge, acts or omissions, errors, deliberate harm, misuse of the Website.
  3. The Data Controller shall also not be liable for any interference with and/or damage caused by the access and / or use of the Website by third parties not related to acts or omissions of the Data Controller, including power supply, Internet access failure, etc.
  4. The Data Controller has the right to change this Policy partially or fully.
  5. Additions or amendments to the Policy shall take effect from the date of their publication on the Website
